I was born into Real Estate. My grandfather was a Realtor/Investor in the Bronx as well as my father who was the President of the Bronx Board of Realtors, and then went on to be the President of the NY State Association of Realtors. His specialty was appraising with accreditations, CRA, MIA, SREA. When my father died I decided to leave my chosen field of being a Music Educator in the Millburn School System and continue our family heritage/tradition. I love houses, not just for their unique architecture, but because they become homes. The joy of listening to someone telling me their dreams of their perfect home and then hunting to find the best match, in their price range, is a great thrill. I have many tools that I have learned through the years of helping people get ready in selling their home. When clients ask me, are you ok with my dog, or cat… I say, “Of course, I love animals”. It is very important to not forget treating pets well in a home that all of a sudden has people coming to a showing and the animals are out. I also have hints on how to adapt pets to new homes.
